Alice Allard and Corentin Boniver, two young athletes passionate about squash, have been working for years with determination and ambition. Always ready to push their limits, they have dedicated their youth to high-level sport.
Today, a great opportunity arises: as of July 2026, in Canada, they will take part in the Junior World Squash Championship — a true crowning of their junior years. By their side, they will be able to count on the experience and support of Annabel Romedenne, a recognized national and Walloon coach, who will accompany them on this adventure.
But high-level sport is expensive. Travel, accommodations, registration, equipment… every contribution, big or small, brings them closer to their goal and allows them to proudly represent Belgium and Wallonia on the international stage. These days, squash is not as popular as it used to be and has a limited budget. In this context, the federations are not able to financially support for world events such as this one. Nonetheless, they continue to support them in terms of visibility and sporting recognition.

✨Steun onze twee Belgische kampioenen op weg naar een sportieve droom!✨
Alice Allard en Corentin Boniver, twee jonge en gepassioneerde squashatleten, werken al jaren met vastberadenheid en ambitie. Altijd bereid om hun grenzen te verleggen, hebben zij hun jeugd gewijd aan topsport.
Vandaag doet zich een prachtige kans voor: in juli 2026 deelnemen aan het Wereldkampioenschap Junior Squash in Canada, een ware bekroning van hun jarenlange juniorencarrière. Aan hun zijde kunnen zij rekenen op de ervaring en steun van Annabel Romedenne, erkend nationale en Franstalige coach, die hen zal begeleiden in dit avontuur.
Maar topsport brengt hoge kosten met zich mee. Reizen, verblijf, inschrijvingen, materiaal, voorbereiding… elke bijdrage, klein of groot, brengt hen dichter bij hun doel en stelt hen in staat België en Wallonië met trots te vertegenwoordigen op het internationale toneel. Squash is vandaag minder populair dan vroeger en beschikt over beperktere middelen. In deze context zijn de federaties momenteel niet in staat om financiële steun te verlenen voor wereldwijde evenementen zoals dit, maar zij blijven ons wel ondersteunen op het vlak van zichtbaarheid en sportieve erkenning.

Toujours prêts à repousser leurs limites, ils ont consacré leur jeunesse au sport de haut niveau. Voyez par vous même dans cette courte vidéo qui vous en mettra assurément plein les yeux !
Aujourd’hui, une belle opportunité s’offre à eux : participer en juillet 2026, au Canada, aux Championnats du Monde Junior de squash, un véritable couronnement de leurs années en junior. À leurs côtés, ils pourront compter sur l’expérience et le soutien d’Annabel Romedenne, coach nationale et francophone reconnue, qui les accompagnera dans cette aventure.
Mais le sport de haut niveau coûte cher. Voyages, logement, inscriptions, matériel… chaque contribution, petite ou grande, les rapproche de leur objectif et leur permet de représenter fièrement la Belgique et la Wallonie sur la scène internationale. Malheureusement le squash n’étant pas un sport très médiatisé, les fédérations ne peuvent pas soutenir financièrement les championnats du monde. Cependant, elles continuent de les soutenir en termes de visibilité et de reconnaissance sportive.
